Terms and conditions
1. Object of this contract
The object of this contract is the sale of goods. The details, especially the main features of the goods, may be found in the product descriptions.
2. Prices
All prices are stated exclusive VAT. If you are a business within the EU with a valid EU VAT number we do not charge VAT (please send us your name and your valid EU VAT ID in the order notes during checkout). In order to use the tax exemption please choose “Direct Bank transfer” as payment method and after checking the validity of the exemption we send you an invoice without VAT. For private customers within the EU, VAT will be added during the checkout process. Customers outside the EU won’t be charged VAT.
3. Payment
The ordered products should be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. After the completed payment, the customer will receive an invoice.
4. Ownership
All products remain the property of KASUGA until full payment is received.
5. Shipping
If not stated otherwise, this standard shipping rates for most products apply: Germany – 9,00 EUR, Europe – 20,00 EUR / International – 55,00 EUR. The average period from payment to shipping is 2 – 5 business days.
6. Return policy
Return requests must be done within 14 days. For a valid return request, prior arrangements must be done via eMail (info@dmx-linear-actuator.com).
7. Place of applicable law / performance / jurisdiction
German law will apply. Place of performance for all deliveries and payments is Berlin. Place of jurisdiction for all legal proceedings is Berlin.
Terms of license
Terms of use
The use for permanent installations / exhibitions / shows is limited to the purpose stated in the offer title and may not be used in any other context and / or installation. When the DMX Linear Actuators are re-used in a different context as for the mentioned project a new license for permanent use has to be obtained.
Warranty
After main acceptance of the installation / exhibition / show for permanent use, a warranty is granted for 3 months (plus logistics or travel costs). After the expiry of this period, daily rates will be charged (plus logistics or travel costs). For DMX Linear Actuators purchased in our online shop the statutory warranty applies.
Rental use
The rental use is limited for an usage up to two months (starts from the date of delivery). After the rental period ends, the units have to be sent back free of charge to the Berlin studio address.
Spare parts
Only parts supplied by or approved by KASUGA should be used in the product to ensure correct function and stability. Contact KASUGA to inquire about spare parts.
On-site service
On-site service and maintenance can be provided by KASUGA, giving owners access to KASUGA´s expertise and product knowledge in a partnership that will ensure the highest level of performance throughout the product´s lifetime.
Risk notes
The DMX Linear Actuators are a technical product. Conformable to the best available technology the following risks should not be excluded: Any non-standard use could cause incalculable risks and is not allowed. It is also not allowed to use the device in an operation, where the safety of persons depend on this product.
Warning
This device is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children. Parents are liable for consequential damages caused by non-observance for their children.
Disposal
DMX Linear Actuators are supplied in compliance with Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union on WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), including amendments where applicable. Ensure that this product is recycled at the end of its life.

1. Preface
We collect what is necessary to complete a transaction and this information is never used for any other purpose. We would never give, sell or trade your information with any other party.

It is not necessary to enable cookies in your browser to use this site. But some features may be hidden or not easy to use.
