The immersive spatial installation Terminal Beach at MAK unfolds a dystopian scenery at the interface of the virtual and the material world. A cinematic plot is continued into the real exhibition space where the wave movements of a a flooded landscape are synchronized to the video with a DMX Linear Rail. The installation is on view until 11th August, 2024 in Vienna / Austria.
The Belgium presidency of the Council of the EU installed the artwork The Mirror of Waves in the atrium of the Justus Lipsius building. The temporary installation of 150 motorised actuators with luminous spheres are an organic and poetic metaphor for society, a ballet of differences. The installation is on view until 30th June, 2024 in Brussels / Belgium.
The kinetic sculpture Interaction Unit acts as a gigantic, transforming eye-catcher for the introduction of the new round OLED display for MINI, precisely controlled by our DMX Rotary Actuators. The installation is on view during gamescom Cologne and at IAA Munich in Germany.
The installation Vibrato by artist Laura Mannelli mixes real, virtual, imaginary and digital spaces. The integration of 25 DMX Linear Actuator Slim makes the installation physically deformable and reactive to the visitors interaction. The installation is on view until 7th January, 2024 in Montreal / Canada.

The kinetic sculptures The Chorus Hands trigger synchronized bell sequences in the Alter Altar exhibition at Tramway Glasgow. Five DMX Linear Actuator Slim enable the physical movements for selected sound elements in the exhibition. The show is on view until 8th October, 2023 in Glasgow / UK.
The synchronized kinetic and digital installation Moving Patterns visualizes the intelligent correlation of physical and virtual processes at Bosch Rexroth, using 40 units of the DMX Linear Rails. The installation was introduced during Hannover Messe 2022 at the Bosch Rexroth booth.
The motion study with the DMX Linear Actuator Slim demonstrates a synchronized kinetic sculpture with 25 components and a sphere fixture. The motion study with the DMX Linear Actuator Micro shows an animated spatial surface with 81 components and two different fixture types.

Inspired by the theory of Hermeneutics, the kinetic audio-visual installation Hypergradient analyzes the different interpretations of an impartial consistent statement. The installation uses up to 13 DMX Linear Actuators for a synchronized sequence on the stretchable fabric. Currently on view at B39 Art Bunker in Bucheon / South Korea until January 05th, 2020.
The DMX Linear Actuator is a modular kinetic component to realize large-scale physical variable surfaces or spaces. The modular concept allows custom arrays and stacks e.g. together with stretchable fabric, lighting modules or custom actuator forms to create imposing, unique kinetic installations.
